2 seasons pretty much November to Feb temps range from (days) 26 to 42 ( with snow). March to October (days) range from 45 to 60. good Summer months can get up to 70 but it's rare.

Yes 4 units attached all 2 story all have new windows and mud rooms and all come with a deep freezer

Several local shops that sell clothes , 3 grocery Stores many Alaska gift stores. Lots of online shopping done here

High School , 2 Middle Schools, 3 to 5 pre school 1 Elementary
Adult Schools~
University of Alaska South East
Fun Activities~
All kinds of hiking, Several parks for kids including a newly re done one in housing. 2 movie theaters, the city has lots of things going on monthly, Spouses association.
Additional Info~
If you think you can't live away from the hussel and bussel of the big cities give Sitka a try. It really is a nice town. I'm a city girl and have now been in 3 places in Alaska and I'm loving small town life. The Ship goes to Juneau 2x a year and you can always send a costco shopping list to stock up on house hold items.
Fast ferry runs in the summer months and you can usually get to juneau round trip for about 200 bucks. that includes your car on the ferry with 2 passengers only.
