Small Coast Guard Exchange but ordering from catalogs is available. Commissary and Exchange at Travis Air Force Base about a 45 minute drive away.
Medical~
Also at Travis Air Force Base. But also have some local doctors that do take Tricare Prime. Novato Community Hospital does offer a few out patient services with approval from PCM. Petaluma Valley Hospital is a network provider.
Housing~
There are 282 military units in Novato Housing Most of housing is Spanish style and some homes have yards.
Shopping~
Shopping in Novato there's some nice shops in Old Town/Downtown and Vintage Oaks Center.
Fun Activities~
Six Flags Marine World which is only a short 30 minute drive to Vallejo.
Napa Valley Wine Country which is also a 20/30 minute drive from Novato Housing.
For the sports fan there's Sears Point Raceway only a 15 minute drive.
