elig for both navy or air force...air force housing is about 45 minutes away from the cg base...civilian housing also available...factor in during typhoon season...water and electricity is restored on base first...realtors apparently work with homeowners who consider adjusting rent to the oha rates...knowing the rent will be paid and the home taken care of...

well...exchanges, guam premier outlets, micronesian mall, k mart, and old navy ships here for just 5 bucks.
