daycare on base. A+ school district

again tons! hop the train downtown Chicago.
Additional Info~
If you plan not to live in housing I suggest Evanston, IL. Cute town, pricey (you'll find everything local to Wilmette is pricey) but, it's a college town so you might have some better luck.
