Navy housing, very nice, not too many houses, about 27 places.
Shopping~
have to drive about an hour in any direction to do any kind of shopping.
Adult Schools~
Indiana University about 1 hour away, Bedford Community College about 40 mins away
Fun Activities~
Some state parks for walking/Hiking, other than that not much
Additional Info~
This base is out in the boondocks and it can get very boring out here. There are only about 40 active duty personnel here (navy) and only 5 coast guard active duty personnel.
