all seasons, a bit warmer then up north.
Medical~
DO NOT go to Kimbrough. Use John Hopkins or use Tricare and go to Bethesda Naval. Bethesda is a bit of a drive, but has phenomenal care.
Housing~
No USCG Housing. Only Navy, Air Force or Army. DO NOT go to Fort Meade.
Shopping~
Arundel Mills, Columbia Mall
Child Care/Schools~
Lots of schools both private and public
Adult Schools~
Many community colleges and universities. Also a lot of technical schools.
Fun Activities~
Medieval Times, Six Flags, Downs Park, Inner Harbor, DC, National Museum of Natural History, Air & Space Museum etc.
Additional Info~
Our time here would have been 100x better had we not lived on Fort Meade. Annapolis is beautiful and DC always has something going on.
