Cape May facilities are about 45min to 1 hr south and Fort Dix is over an hour.
Medical~
Cape May if needed, but we use the Docs here in the are and the local hospital
Housing~
We live in Absecon/Galloway housing. 4 bedroom single family houses. Full basement, attached 1 car garage and nice yards. Eleven houses in a culdesac with our own playground. Very Very nice.
Shopping~
Any store you could want within 20 minutes. A great mall, lots of restraunts, antiques and Historic Smithville 5 minutes away, with like 60 unique shops.
Adult Schools~
Stockton College and Camden College are all with in 30 minutes.
Fun Activities~
Too many to list. The boardwalks in AC, Ocean CIty, Wildwood are great for families. Casinos and lots of concerts in AC for adults. Phily less than 1 hr away with unlimited things to do. NY a little over 2 hrs north and Cape May 1 hrs south, where you can catch the fairy to Delaware. AC also has a baseball team the Surf that is great for families.
Additional Info~
We use the Philly Airport, very easy to get to and less than an hour away. Some flights right here out of AC international airport ( where the station is) Only Spirit and Delta fly certain flights from there.
