Station/Boat Location~
Station Atlantic City

Date there~
October 2003 - Present

Weather~
The weather today is 63 degrees. During the summer it is usually 90 and very humid. We normally have a spring but this year we jumped right into summer. Winters are cold and the last couple of years we've had snow. Fall didn't happen this year, it went from 80 to 60

Military facilities~
The FAA is a close drive but has a very small exchange then you have FT.DIX which has a really nice exchange and commissary. It's about an hour north of Atlantic city. Also Cape May is about a 35-40 minute drive during the winter add some time during the summer due to all the shore traffic they have a nice exchange.

Medical~
You can get med attention at Capemay or at the Group also for those dependents that live further we have the Tricare remote so they have part. Docs in the area who become your primary. There are 3 hospitals in the area. Atlantic City Med Center-Atlantic City which is Trama and Mainland which is in Galloway. Also you have Shore Memorial and that's in Somerspoint.

Housing~
I know they have a development in Galloway with about 11 houses which are Government. That's all I know

Shopping~
Shopping is good. They have two malls in the area Shore Mall and Hamilton Mall. There are plenty of sporting stores and the boardwalks which are open from Easter-Labor Day

Child Care/Schools~
Don't know too much about these.

Adult Schools~
They have Atlantic Cape Community College and Stockton State College all in Atlantic County.

Fun Activities~
There are Movies, boardwalks, lots of Bars but they tend to be really crowded during the summer. Lots of Casinos, and shows.
