Sitka Housing
Each unit has one large outside storage unit and a shared storage closet in the middle of each complex.
Each unit is supplied with a washer/dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. Mini-blinds though out the unit and verticals on the sliding door.
Berber type carpet throughout the unit except for the foyer, kitchen and bath/laundry.
Electrical outlets located on the large covered back porch and front steps.
All sliding doors to the bathtubs have been removed. There may or may not be a shower rod for your curtain.
Kitchen cabinet size varies from unit to unit.
Total of 15 complexes:
12 - 2/3 BR Townhouse style complexes. 1¼ bath (2-2BR on ends and 2-3BR in the middle)
2- 2/4 BR Townhouse style complexes. 1¼ bath (2-2BR on ends and 2-4BR in the middle)
1 - 2 BR downstairs (2) and 1 - 3 BR upstairs (2) complex. 1 full bath (pictures on page 5)
