Our experience has been really good here. There is a problem with pests, but we get sprayed every month, and they are pretty good about staying on top of problems.
You can paint the interior and plant flowers in the flower beds - there are even garden plots available in the spring and summer.
The school for Housing is JC Sawyer, and is one of the best in the Pasquotank district. Other good schools in the area are Weeksville and Camden, but the Weeksville area will give you more bang for your buck.
