Milford & Ansonia are the 2 housing developments. 3 bedroom ranch style homes. Appx 1000 sq feet.
Shopping~
Yup, lots of it, including Christmas Tree shop. NO Targets.
Child Care/Schools~
In Milford the schools are awesome. The public school district has a pre-school which includes busing. It is based on a sliding scale 203-783-3493. Here is the School district web site and the Catholic Preschool number is 203-933-6219. My son goes to both the Catholic Preschool Our Lady Of Victory. and the Public School Pre-School. Both programs are excellent and inexpensive.
Adult Schools~
Plenty, Yale, Gateway CC, U of New Haven, just name a few.

Great Place for kids, tough on the pocketbook, it is very expensive.
